Starting a business is easy....

I think Starting a business is easy.... Anyone can actually start one.
Staying in the business however is where the work is, it is certainly not an easy job.
Research has shown repeatedly that most businesses do not survive their 5th anniversary.
What that means is that most startups fail within the first 5 years in business.
This is rather unfortunate but that's the sad reality of the founders
A lot more businesses will survive beyond the 5-year rule if they pay more attention to what is important in their business.
As an entrepreneur and founder, there are key areas of your business that you cannot afford to leave to chance.
As a matter of fact, part of the start-up budget should go into financing these important aspects of your business.
Take it from me, whether you accept it or not, you cannot afford to mess with the legal part of your business.
If you truly want to run a scalable business, then you must have the right legal adviser for your business.
Not just any lawyer, but one with vast experience in the startup space.
If you don't, then you don't have a business… what you have is an unstructured hustle.
And Guess what?
No investor, whether Angel or Demon would want to invest in an "unstructured business" or with an unserious founder.
By not paying attention to the legal aspect of your business, you do yourself and your business a lot of harm…
Your business becomes vulnerable and it is exposed to a lot of risk and just like we earlier pointed out, such businesses will hardly survive their fifth (5th) year anniversary.
Don't let this be the fate of your business.
Do the needful for you and your business today.
To Your Legal Sense.
