As human interactions continue to exist in the workplace, the home front, or in the business world, there is bound to be conflict.
Conflicts in the workplace and the business world have far-reaching effects on the business and can destroy it if not properly managed.
In business, conflict can take several forms.
It can be between the employer and the employee, or between the staff themselves, between the partners themselves, between the Directors and Creditors of the Company, etc.
No matter the form the conflict takes the resultant effect on the business is the same. A conflict is a conflict whether it is an internal or external conflict.
So how exactly do you resolve the conflicts?
Do you do any of the following...
Resort to Self-help
Call the police
Call a third party
Do nothing about it
Speak with a Lawyer.
Do not wait for your business to get into trouble before you take action. Have a dispute resolution mechanism in your business because when it comes to conflict management you can’t afford to be unreasonable.
