I debated for a long time before deciding to post this picture. Why? Because I don't think I look slim in this photo. I don't have a fashionable outfit on, or makeup, or styled hair. It's just a normal day out with the girls at a playground. I got dressed in 5 minutes and probably didn't look in the mirror before I left the house, because ... Where is the time when you have two little ones underfoot? While there another mom looked at me and asked if I wanted her to take a photo of me playing with my girls. She said, "I know how it is. Us moms end up being the photographer and (therefore) absent in most of the candid family photos." What made me brave enough to share this picture was seeing a body positive, peaceful parenting person share this message on Instagram: * Be In The Photo. * I might not think I look my best, but I am me.
