That’s all I have for you today! I’ve almost finished the last revision of Every Day Without You. This one is taking so long because I wrote it while depressed and suffering from long covid. The seizures have stopped, but I’m still wrestling with aphasia and brain fog. I’m much better, though. The depression has passed, so that has been a huge plus.
It’s been really crazy working this long on such a short novella. For those of you familiar with word count, it’s only 30k. So wow, right?!
Revising it has been more of a challenge than usual! My fabulous beta readers have really pulled their weight this time! I always tell them not to bother with typos, but one or two always do—and this time was quite the challenge. Another helped me rearrange and cut a few things that made a wonderful difference. I owe them so much. I don’t think they’ve left much for my editor to do, but we’ll see. I have the cover and will reveal it soon.
