Hello, my sweet Bunburian!
What are you celebrating in your life? Even the small achievements are worth a 'woot!'. Did you manage to get out of bed on a bad day and put one foot in front of another? I'm here to cheer on all of your achievements. And I have treats for you too, keep reading.
First, my deepest graditude to all of our veterans for your service and dedication. You have stood with so many of my family members protecting our safety and freedom. While I wish there was something deep and meaningful I could give each of you, I will be happy to send you a signed copy of 'The Devil Goes to Washington' if you respond to this email with a picture showing your military service. Extra stickers if you include an anicdote from your service.
This month is my birthday month (no, I'm not telling you my age, but I do remember using a rotary phone 
). I was feeling only marginally better after a week of being sick, so the day was quiet. I managed to enjoy a mini-date with Mr. M at our favorite used bookstore (oh, my poor TBR pile!) and I got to make a wish on a lovely gluten free cake from a local store.
But do you know what is even more exciting for me? While I'm looking forward to a family Thanksgiving here in the states at the end of the month, today is my authorversary! I've participated in eight anthologies as of today and published 'The Devil Goes to Washington' last year. I have so much more to come. Some of it is in the next section, but more details will be in next month's newsletter too. In the meantime, are you ready for your chance to win a gift for helping me celebrate?
