Happy weird middle month between Halloween and Christmas

Do we even know what day it is?

Now I've started thinking about bonfire night and that lead to an idea of a fireworks horror story...

Lots has happened since we last spoke, I've been busy...sorting out book covers for stories that haven't been written yet.

Yes, I know, shouldn't really do that - you tell my book cover designer to stop making perfect pre-made covers that work perfectly for my stories.

My novella is currently with beta readers - which I may or may not have mentioned last time. One has sent me feedback and I'm just waiting for the other. Once I've made changes, it will then go to an editor, and then...

Hopefully, I can reveal more soon, but it'll likely be in the new year which is fast approaching and I don't like it.

I'm also working on something new which you'll likely see before the novella - this will be a novelette! The cover has just been sent to me and it's GORGEOUS. I have to admit I've been working on promo more than the story itself...

As for my other WIPs (works in progress), I'm working on a short story collection that is shaping up but still needs some more to it. If you have any writing prompts for me, let me know on socials - be interesting to see what people come up with.

I'm also 10k words into my novel, not sure how long it'll turn out to be or how long it will take but I really love it and can't wait to share in like forty years' time.
