I recently shared that I was invited to participate in Bookstore Romance Day at a local indie bookstore. King's Books in Tacoma, WA is passionate about its local authors and even more so when it comes to their LGBTQ authors. I was joined by Andi Jaxon, who writes angsty and intense MM, Raquel Raelynn, who writes amazing sapphic fantasy, and Thea Verdone, who writes gothic MM.
There wasn't a huge turnout of readers, but we had a blast with the few that showed up and even more fun just hanging out with each other. If you have a local indie bookstore, look into events like this because this is truly an awesome opportunity to meet some of your favorite authors.
P.S. King's Books now carries my books on their shelves. This is the first official bookstore to do this, and it makes my little author heart so very happy!
