The End of the Year is Fast Approaching

And just like that... we've reached the end of the year.
Where did it all go?
This was the year I set out and said "2025 is the year of make shit happen." While I had some really cool things happen this year, which included meeting some of my biggest author idols and participating in my first signing event, it was also a year filled with heartache and wondering if this was something I wanted to keep doing.
I want to give the hugest thank you to those who are still here. You are the reason I keep going. Between author world drama, losing a job, and struggling to find the right words, this year ended up being harder than I thought it would be.
That being said...
This absolutely blows my mind! Two full length releases, two anthology releases, and two novellas! Not to mention SIX audiobooks! Y'all! This was insane T_T I never thought I'd put out this much this year.
My brief period of unemployment allowed me to get ahead with writing, a spree that I'm rapidly losing thanks to my current job always leaving me exhausted, but I'm doing my best.
When everything that can go wrong over the holidays goes wrong.

Christmas is my favorite time of year. It’s the only time I get to see my family after I moved away for college. I'm looking forward to being home for the holidays, especially since my sister is bringing her new fiancé with her. But when I meet him, it’s the last person I’d expect.

Meeting my fiancé's family was supposed to be the big scary step, but it’s even worse because it’s over the holidays. I didn’t realize she had a twin brother or that he was the guy I dated my freshman year of college. When things go south between me and Leah, I’m not only trapped at their family home for Christmas, but I’m forced to share a room with my ex.
I think I owe Austin an explanation.
