Hey everyone!

I spent the last month reflecting and getting back to... being me.

So what the hell does that even mean? It means I disconnected. Social media was removed from my personal devices for WEEKS until it became imperative that I had to add it back.

I started writing again, which was slow. It's still slow, but it's happening.

This also gave me some time to spend with some IRL friends.

For those who didn't know, I was let go from my laboratory job back in April. It was sort of the catalyst for me falling into some deep depression and making some... not great choices.

I started a new job in June where I go from store to store merchandising for local breweries. This means I put their products on shelves and make it look pretty. It wasn't something I ever thought I'd end up doing, but it keeps me super active and it's fun. This led me to meeting my work bestie, Miranda. We've been going on adventures to visit all the different breweries we represent. This is just from two of them, and it's been so much fun!

It's been a great change of pace and I'm super happy to have met Miranda.
