It's that magic time of year again where Discovery Channel reminds me why I'm scared of the ocean. Luckily for me it's also the time of year where they're specials usually a collection of shark attack footage and fun facts give me lots of story fodder.

And this year is no difference as it looks like they're going to be focusing on the Great Whites and Mako sharks this year two shark species that are pretty scary all on their own.

In the spirit of shark week I'm also running a week long special on Float my own shark attack novel set in the Chesapeake Bay. While my book doesn't star a Great White it will show you just how frightening a hungry Bull Shark can be.
