Last Day to Get The Stars Below Free
Sep 22, 2024 3:37 pm
You can get The Stars Below free over at Kobo as part of their Free Page Genre Sale. If you're looking for an island horror story with a Lovecraftian bent to finish saying goodbye to Summer 2024, then check out The Stars Below.
Looking for some free audiobooks?
You can listen to both The Stars Below and my newest book Infestation over on YouTube completely free.
Are you close to Virginia?
If so you can join me on October 12th, from 11 AM - 2 PM, at Books, Beads, and More in Mechanicsville, VA for a book signing. I'll have a lot of stock on hand of all my books including Infestation and The Stars Below. If you're a book collector it's also just a great used book store for finding all sorts of obscure old paperbacks.
So if you're around definitely come through I'm looking forward to meeting readers and talking horror.
There aren't too many other updates at the moment. Currently, I've been watching the new Penguin show on HBO. Which so far I like a lot, it's definitely focusing on the normal crime and violence in Gotham. Don't know how I feel about them calling him Oswald Cobb, but oh well.
I've also been playing Space Marine 2, I had to upgrade my PC to run it, but it was definitely worth it. The game is fantastic and definitely one of the best Warhammer games I've played outside of the Rogue Trader game from Owl Cat.
In my quest to purge a lot of my book collection I've been reading stuff that's sat on my book shelf for awhile so right now it's The Forever Hero by L.E. Modesitt Jr. and Predator: Eyes of the Demon Anthology so far I'm digging both of them, but I do think I might be getting burnt out on the Alienverse stuff so will probably be taking a break from it after this anthology for a little while.
My question for this email is how do you downsize book collections? How do you choose what to keep and what to get rid of?
