Hey there!

We are one day away from turning the meat chickens into delicious nuggets! Don't worry, I won't go into too many details and I will spare you any pictures, but I have to admit I'm looking forward to that work being done. It's a massive job to take care of them over the eight week period and even more tiring work to process through them. Once they are properly taken care of, I'll be able to put a little more time into other aspects of life.

As of yet, we've still had no luck selling the little goat kids. Normally we'd have sold them by now but it seems the market is less hot this year than in years past. Given that we are in need of the milk, it became prudent to wean the little guys. Needless to say, they were not happy with us. They are much too big to nurse off their moms anyway, but the only solution was to put them with our stinky buck and his wether friend, Marric. (Pic below) One of the babies is even challenging the full sized buck! Spoiler alert, he won't win. He's still tiny.

Dragonblooded is still with BETAs being ripped to shreds. (in a good way, feedback is always great for authors) Once the readers are done sifting through that I'll spruce it up some more and send it off for some line edits. It's always surreal to get to the professional editing phase. I'll try not to let the hundreds of comments overwhelm me. The Kids of Cybercity Book three is still in full swing! So far it's proving much faster paced, and we're weaving a lot of crazy things in to captivate all those middle grade readers. With the ball rolling as quickly as it is, I believe we should be done with manuscript three minimally within the month, if not sooner. Then it's off to the races (once again) with editing.
