Hey there!

Things have gotten a bit crazy for me on the social media front. I made a spur of the moment video on Tiktok a few days ago about a small 'dilemma' (you'll see why I put it that way in a moment) with one of the kittens. I went out to gather eggs in the evening only to hear a kitten's sad cry. I found her stuck in our chicken tractor in a bit of a panic.

The dilemma? Mom and babies had disappeared. In the end, I found them in the goat pen, but not before making a video that now has over 4.5 million views on Tiktok. I'll put a pic of the cutie at the end of this email.

As I'm trying to process all the insane attention Dilemma (I'm going to call her Emma for short), I'm still making progress on my books.

I surpassed 50,000 words on Dragonblooded today, which is thrilling. That's (if my plans work out) more than halfway through the first draft.

On top of that, my co-author and I are about 7,000 words into book 2 of the next Cybercity book. We also got the cover back for book one! Take a look at the beauty below.
