Hello bookish friends!

In writing, beginnings are my favorite. It's when I get to explore the characters and worlds and have some fun setting the stage for all that is to come, so it's not surprising that I love new years, too. They come with reflection, some lessons learned, but mostly they are full of hope and dreams and (sometimes) promises in the form of resolutions.

Some of those we keep. Some we ditch. But the hope is there all the same regardless of how kind the year ends up treating us. So I hope you're all hopeful and happy and looking forward to a new start.

A little update from me and then I want to offer you all a free ebook from my friend and fellow romantasy author LA McGinnis!

I've spent time with family this holiday season, but have also buckled down and spent time editing The First Lost Boy! I have a few additional scenes to add to the ending to tie everything up, but I am finally, finally happy with this draft and looking forward to publishing the rest of this Neverland story this year. I'll have news soon with dates, about tours and ARCs, and preorders for signed/sprayed edge editions!

I can't tell me how much your support, love, and patience mean as I've finished this book, and like I said above, I love beginnings.... So, as soon as I finish Lost Boy, I'll be starting a new manuscript. It's a story that's been swirling through my head for a couple of years now and I can't wait to put it on the page! <3
