Or at least the nicer weather has come to the mid-west, which makes me happy. Being outside always renews my spirit and this time of year is the best time to get out there. My favorite spot is on my front porch. I love to sit and write. It's very relaxing.
I know not everyone is able to get outdoor. Perhaps due to poor weather or maybe for a personal reason. I hope you find some other way to renew your spirit.
I mention outside because a good portion of Mercury on Fire has been written from my front porch. I'm in the home stretch now. Hoping to finish the first draft in the next couple of weeks. From there I'll do a couple rewrites and then send it off to my editor.
While she has a look at it, I plan on trudging forward to the next Pickleville book, Unrelenting Feelings.
I don't have a release date set for either one of these books. It will depend on a few different factors, such as my editors schedule, as well as few other things but I'm trying for a June release date for Mercury on Fire and July for Unrelenting Feelings.
I'll definitely keep you up-to-date on the release dates and send a newsletter when I have it up for preorder so look for that.
