As we approach our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, 29 July 2025, this is your opportunity to be part of shaping the future of APSS. We’ll reflect on the achievements of the past year, show appreciation to our outgoing Exco, and welcome the new leadership team.

This important evening will also include a celebration of our Mentors and SIG Leads, plus plenty of networking, sharing, and dinner — all in true APSS spirit!

Below is some important information about this year's APSS Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Please read the following important information:

• The AGM for 2025 will be a PHYSICAL event on 29 July 2025 (free and only open for APSS members). Register HERE
• Please SUBMIT your Exco nomination by clicking on this link. The deadline for nomination is 7 July 2025 (If you are interested in becoming the next Exco, please seek someone to submit a nomination on your behalf as self-nomination is not permitted.)
• Only nominate a person whom you know who wants to serve on the EXCO. Please speak to Eugene Seah (eugene@trainiumacademy.com) before you send in your nomination.
• Attached are the Minutes of the AGM held on 23 July 2024. (Download the minutes here).

ROAD MAP:

7 July 2025: Last day to nominate anyone to the EXCO, ask any question and suggest constitutional changes. Please send your questions to admin@asiaspeakers.org with the subject line For Arishta Khanna (IPP).

18 July 2025: The list of nominated members is released to the community.

24 July 2025: Deadline for Proxy Forms. Click HERE to submit the Proxy Form (Proxy Form is to be used by a member who is unable to attend a meeting may be able to delegate their voting power to another member as a representative to vote in their absence. The representative must attend in person that day).

29 July 2025, 7 PM: AGM and Voting of new EXCO members. If you have not registered for AGM, please register HERE
