Last year, we faced the challenge of not having enough mentors—only 20 stepped forward—despite the growing number of members eager for guidance. This year, to meet the demand and align with our theme of “Moving the Needle,” we’re launching two mentorship cycles in 2025 (Feb-June and Aug-Dec). This new format will ensure that more aspiring speakers can receive the support they need, and it’s your experience that can make all the difference.

We truly need you. Your guidance could be the turning point for someone striving to excel in this field. As a mentor, you have the chance not only to give back to the APSS community but also to sharpen your leadership skills, expand your professional network, and gain fresh perspectives from mentees who will benefit immensely from your wisdom.
