Today marks a special day, we are opening the doors to our mentoring program. It's an opportunity for all of us to come together, support one another and embark on an incredible journey of growth and learning.

This year, we have a total of 37 mentors who have graciously stepped up! We are truly grateful - your knowledge and experiences are invaluable! Thank you once again for supporting our community. Your guidance will shape someone's future, ignite their passions and unravel their true potential.

To all our aspiring mentees, this is your chance to learn from those who have walked the path before you.

As we aim to “Move the Needle” this year with some big structural changes to the mentorship program as well as the matching process, we urge you to consider:

1. Setting clear objectives and choosing mentors based on their expertise and the impact they can have on the specific stage of your speaking/coaching/training journey.
2. Your time and commitment to the mentorship program to ensure a fruitful and fulfilling experience for both mentees and mentors.
3. ⁠Please be patient with us as we experiment with creating more value for all members through the changes in this year’s program and reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
