As a Certified Speaking Professional, you've attained and demonstrated a high level of proficiency in the speaking industry. This year, several members have requested you as a Mentor. We hope you would be willing to pay it forward by taking one or two Mentees under your care to support them on their journey and learn from your experience.

What’s in it for you?

Benefits for Mentors:

• Pay it forward for the support you’ve received over the years
• Help raise the standard of speaking across the industry
• Let others benefit from your years of experience so they can help others further down the line

 Please find details about the structure of this program below: 

• This will be a 6-month pro bono mentorship program running from February to August 2022. 
• The mentor and mentee are to meet once a month (face to face or virtually) or at least once every 2 months.
• Ideally, it should be a one-on-one meeting unless agreed by both mentor and mentee.
• The time duration of each session is up to the discretion of mentor and mentee.
• At the end of six months, the mentees will be encouraged to make posts on social media talking about the help they received from their mentors.
• Personal IP or any kind of model of the mentor or the mentee should not be used by either party without written consent.

We hope that you can take on 1 or 2 Mentees to pay it forward and thank you in advance for your positive response so we can all rise stronger together.
