In recent times, our membership numbers have experienced a remarkable increase, which is a testament to the vibrant and supportive ecosystem we have cultivated together. However, this surge in membership has resulted in a higher demand for mentors to guide and support our aspiring speakers, facilitators and coaches.

Last year, we faced several significant challenges in meeting this demand. Only 13 mentors stepped forward, which required an extensive effort to address the shortage and ensure that every aspiring speaker received the guidance they needed. 

We recognise that this situation calls for immediate action to ensure the continued growth and success of our community.

This is where you come in! We believe that your wealth of knowledge, expertise and passion for professional speaking can make a tremendous difference as a mentor in our community. By sharing your experiences, insights and best practices, you can empower aspiring speakers to reach their full potential and navigate this industry with confidence.

Becoming a mentor at APSS not only allows you to give back to the community but also presents a unique opportunity for personal growth and fulfillment. Through mentorship, you can enhance your leadership skills, expand your professional network, and gain fresh perspectives from mentees who are eager to learn from your expertise.
