Thank you for registering for the APSS Mentorship Program 2022 and choosing Tom Abbott as one of your mentors.

Tom is one of the most sought-after mentors and this year we have had almost twice the number of mentees, yet same number of mentors, as last year. As a result, Tom has kindly agreed to do a unique group mentoring program for all the people that asked for him, so we can maximize the number of people who can benefit from his invaluable experience and support.

Having considered the best ways to make this a productive journey for all, Tom has shared some guidelines in his video and these are also summarized below:

Tom Abbot's Commencement Video

1. You will be enrolled in SOCO Sales Training's Sales Mastery 6 Months Coaching program, with all the benefits included in that program.
2. Sessions will be facilitated by Tom, once a month, for a total of 6 sessions.
3. Each session will focus on a particular sales and/or marketing topic.
4. There will be 3 parts to these sessions: self study, small group learning, and expert instruction.
5. All calls and sharing will remain private and confidential to ensure participants feel safe to be open in a trusted network of mentees.

We are very excited to curate this with Tom’s support. Group mentoring can work very well as it allows people to learn from one another's challenges and breakthroughs.

Please kindly let us know if you do NOT want to join this group mentorship program by the end of day tomorrow, Wednesday 26^th January 2022, if not we will assume you are happy with this selection.

If you do not wish to accept this then whilst we will do our best to match you with another mentor, based on mentor availability, this can not be guaranteed as we have double the number of mentees as mentors this year.
