The Pre-convention at the Sofitel Sentosa, promises to be a beautiful and picturesque event at an energizing refreshing location. Get ready for an incredible evening, Convention opening, welcome, and kick-off for the absolutely buzzing 2 full days ahead! The Pre-Convention event - "Get Your Impact-Strategy Into Action" provides an opportunity to lay the foundation for two days of learning and connecting. With 5 months of 2023 gone, it is time for a mid-year reset. This 60-minute Pre-Convention Core Focal Zone is designed to help participants refresh their strategies, set their trajectory for the next 18 months, and get tactical in converting fuzzy goals into concrete action.

Led by Nick Jonsson, Co-Founder and MD of EGN Singapore/ML/Indo and APSS member, the session focuses on his journey from being a fat, daily drinker and lonely executive to a thriving CEO and endurance athlete. The session also delves into ways to transform challenges into concrete actions with discipline and courage, as well as fostering deep resilience to stay ahead of the curve for growth and success. This is an opportunity to explore potential collaborations, deepen relationships, and maximize opportunities during and after the convention.
