Another year is done! A chance to meet and mark the hard work of the EXCO and to vote a new one in! Not only is this a great chance to meet and mark a milestone, there is also networking and dinner, so lets get together to share some Maverick's Stories to close the year, to inspire the coming term and celebrate us all MAVERICKS OF APSS!!

Below is some important information about this year's APSS Annual General Meeting (AGM) this coming 23rd July 2024 at One Farrer Hotel.

Please read the following important information:

• The AGM for 2024 will be a PHYSICAL event on 23 JULY 2024 (No Charge and only open for APSS members). Register here.
• If you would like to volunteer in the EXCO (or are interested in supporting the Sub-committees), please SUBMIT your EXCO nomination by clicking this link. The deadline for nomination is 15 JULY 2024, 12:00 PM.

EXCO NOMINATION FORM

• Only nominate a person whom you know who wants to serve on the EXCO. Please speak to Sha-En Yeo (shaen@asiaspeakers.org) before you send in your nomination. Please note that you can NOT nominate yourself.
• Attached is the Minutes of the AGM held on 25 July 2023. (Download the minutes here).

ROAD MAP:

15 JULY 2024, 12:00 PM: Last day to nominate anyone to the EXCO, ask any question and suggest constitutional changes. Please send your questions to admin@asiaspeakers.org with the subject line For Tay Guan Hin (IPP).

15 JULY 2024, 2:00 PM: On the same day, the list of nominated members will be released to the APSS community.

19 JULY 2024: Deadline for Proxy Forms. Click HERE to submit the Proxy Form. (Proxy Form is to be used by a member who is unable to attend a meeting may be able to delegate their voting power to another member as a representative to vote in their absence. The representative must attend in person that day).

23 JULY 2024, 7:00 PM: AGM and Voting of new EXCO members.
