Dear Members,

I am aware that some of you have reported receiving spam emails and I want to assure you that we are taking this matter seriously.

I have asked for this to be looked into immediately so that we can understand what has happened and whether any member information may have been involved. At this stage, we do not yet have all the facts, and it is important that we carry out a proper review before drawing any conclusions.

In the meantime, I would ask all members to take the following precautions:

  • Do not click on links or open attachments in suspicious emails
  • Be cautious of messages that ask for personal or account information
  • Report any similar emails you receive to the association so we can track patterns

I will provide an update once we have clearer findings and will be transparent about what we know and the steps being taken.

Thank you for your vigilance and for bringing this to our attention. Protecting our members and maintaining your trust remains a priority for the association.

Yours sincerely,

Eugene Seah
