It's the day BEFORE the Convention! Some of you are in transit, some of you are already here! We are so excited to welcome and receive all of you! 😊

Here is some information that you will find useful for the coming days: 

9 May Pre-Convention:

• 6.30-9.30 PM: Pre-Convention Socials at the Verandah Pool Bar & Grill. If you bought tickets, we will see you there! Email Irene at admin@speakers.org if you are still looking for tickets.

Day 1 of Convention (May 10 FRI):

• Dress code: Business Casual 
• Registration starts at 8.30 AM on Level 6 of One Farrer Hotel (Grand Ballroom)
• Event kickoff is at 9.00 AM 
• Event will end at 5.05 PM sharp as the hotel will need to turnover the tables for the Gala. There will be 2 rooms where you could change - one for the ladies and one for the gentlemen - in preparation for the Gala.

Gala Dinner (May 10 FRI):

• Dress Code: Black Tie/Formal/Cocktail
• Theme: Be Bold, Be Fearlessly You! Come dressed in your boldest outfit that represents who you are! Fearless, fun, and whatever BOLD means to you. Let your hair down after a day of learning, to relax and enjoy in the company of fellow speakers!
• Registration starts at 6.30 PM on Level 6 of One Farrer Hotel (Grand Ballroom) with drinks
• Event kickoff is at 7.00 PM
• Event will end at 11.00 PM as we will be starting Day 2 at 9am the following day.

Day 2 of Convention (May 11 FRI):

• Dress code: Business Casual 
• Registration starts at 8.30 AM on Level 6 of One Farrer Hotel (Grand Ballroom)
• Event kickoff is at 9.00 AM
• Event will end at 5.05 PM sharp as the hotel will need to turnover the tables for another event.
