Hi, and thanks for speaking at Speakers Academy this coming weekend.

Here are things you’ll need:

1. Here’s the zoom link to join the call: https://apss.vip/SA21
2. You’re welcome to join and attend at any time during the weekend
3. We’ll be available to test your setup etc. in the break before your session window, and your contact will be Eugene Seah when you get in (you can use the private chat function in zoom to connect with him)
4. Eugene’s number is +65-91791401 if you need help. (And my number is +65-82683670 if you are in a wild panic and need to message me. I probably won’t answer the phone but I will check messages when I can.)
5. I’ve attached an image of the flow for the weekend so you know what time your section is on
6. Here is the link to the resources folder on Google Drive: https://apss.vip/sa21workbook. This is where the workbook is and where any addition handouts from speakers will be made available to participants. If you have a handout or document to add, please send the PDF of that document to Irene here: admin@asiaspeakers.org
7. Remember: don’t sell, be real, deliver practical value that participants can implement, and remember to engage and have fun.
8. You’ll have access to breakout rooms and co-host rights when you present so you can share screen and control slides yourself.
9. We’re recording the sessions, but as breakout rooms can’t be recorded, you might want to remember that some people will watch this for the first time after the event and you might want to acknowledge them (I simply acknowledge this and say that for those watching at a later date this is an activity you can do with your mastermind group or colleagues if that’s applicable)
10. We’re happy to send you a copy of the recording of your session. We request that you reference the program and the link to subscribe to the full library if this is something you wish to share. More details about that will be included in an email with your video which we'll send after the event.
