Our AI-driven system matches participants based on the 8 seasons of the APSS Amplify Growth Framework, ensuring aligned goals and impactful learning across:

• Foundation – Core speaking skills
• Development – Refining delivery & presence
• Expertise – Mastery at the professional level

Mentors guide mentees who are one proficiency level below for optimal learning.
