IMPACT X CONVENTION 2023,12th & 13th May

Venue: Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore

Room Name: Jasmine Junior Ballroom, level 3. You may access the guest lift/ take the escalator from Sands Expo and Convention Centre Level 1 up to Level 3 and head over to Jasmine Junior Ballroom. If you drive, we would suggest you park your car in the South carpark. This is how to reach our venue from the South carpark, click this.

Please be noted that it's a long way (7-10 minutes walk) to go to our ballroom, so we would suggest you come early so you won't be late.

Registration opens at 8 AM

All Delegates will be pleased to go into the Ballroom at 8.45 AM

The opening speech will start at 9 AM sharp (no entering the room, once the Ambassador has started the speech)

Convention attire: smart business

Gala Dinner attire: Black Tie/ Cocktail /Formal

Complimentary carpark coupons are available in a limited number (first come first serve)

Day 2 for GALA:

You are welcome to bring your GALA dinner change as we have a holding room for gentlemen and ladies where you can get dressed and in the party zone

Author's Corner - Sell your books, and inspire new authors!

You are invited to sell your books at APSC23, so take advantage of this opportunity and get prepared. We will be setting up an Author’s Corner, and you are invited to bring copies of your books to sell directly, or you can feature a QR Code next to examples of your books, so delegates can buy directly from Amazon, or wherever you are selling your books.

The cost - $25 – and it’s a flat fee, which means you can sell as many books as you like.

If you are an established author, we also hope you accept our informal invitation to support fellow delegates who are on, or planning, their authors journey. What we are asking is for you to participate in the Author's Corner during the breaks, to share your experiences, tips, and tricks on how to write and publish a book, as well as the most important piece, how to market it.

The Author's Corner will be set up for the entire two days and will be attended by all the authors selling their books. We know this will be a wonderful opportunity to help budding authors uncover the mystery of getting a book out there and to inspire them to get started on the journey of putting their powerful message out into the world. 

What are some of the topics you could discuss? 

• First steps of an author's journey
• How to overcome writer's block
• How long it takes to write a book
• How to nail down your topic/genre/niche
• What is the most difficult part of the writing process
• How do you market a book? When should you start?
• What else should budding authors know?

The Author's Corner will provide an informal opportunity to interact with all the delegates, where everyone can ask questions and share their writing journey.

The APSS Coffee ExChange

Join us at the APSS Coffee ExChange, where you’ll have an opportunity to take a breather and reflect on the sensational talks and workshops happening on the main stage, which we know will fill your mind and heart with new ideas, inspiration, and the cementing of actions you’re going to take after APSC23.

However, it’s also important we give ourselves time to think and reflect on what is being shared in real-time, which is why we created the APSS Coffee ExChange. Turn up and enjoy your favorite brew and snacks, while engaging insightful conversations with fellow delegates and speakers – which all adds to the learning!

This will happen during the COFFEE BREAKS in the breakout rooms, so make sure you grab a hot beverage and get chatting! This is an informal part of the program and should be seen as an opportunity to speak with a bunch of like-minded peers, on a topic of common interest! It might be inspired by what you hear on stage, or perhaps, it’s a topic close to your heart and you want to find others who are willing to go deeper? Whatever conversation you want to have, there will be people to speak to and be inspired by.

This APSS Coffee ExChange is all about informal learning and networking, so don't miss the opportunity to expand your knowledge AND your connections on-the-go.
