Welcome to December ! 

A month where we all can get very busy trying to wrap things up literally and metaphorically. The end of year fills us with hope but also exhaustion from the stress we can tend to carry without even realising. Recently I did a LinkedIn post about taking 4 weeks off and it went viral. I don't know whether it was a celebration of my courage to do this or the permission that some folks needed to say to me and vicariously to themselves - go ahead, unplug, the world will be right here spinning when you come back. Either way, I hope you find some restful moments if not days or weeks ahead.

3. Mentoring program has launched and we are looking for fabulous Mentors who will pay it forward and mentees who want to grow. Deadline Dec 15:

If you can't join the December in-person event, please don't worry we are hoping to do the first monthly meeting of January with an in-person gathering (stay tuned for that).

Also starting Jan 2022 we will be allowing members to do their promotional post every "even" month of the year so think last Friday of Feb, April and so on. More details coming up in Jan on the execution part but I wanted to put it on your radar.

Now for Baby news- please join me in wishing the best to Mummy to be Irene and her husband ! Irene will be on Maternity leave for a few months and Patricia will be handling her portfolio. We have had a month to hand over so we expect all to be smooth. Welcome to Patricia !
