A big thank you to Mark Stuart (our Treasurer) and Christian Chua (our Auditor) for finishing the process prior to the AGM.
The past year was one of investment into and professionalisation of APSS. This included our first hybrid conference live-streamed around the world with 100 physical attendees, investment into a new CRM to better support our members, a clean-up of accounts, ongoing website security to prevent further hacks, and providing Irene with maternity support whilst she welcomed her beautiful baby!
For the first time, we constituted a reserve committee appointed by the President to set a reserve policy and look into using funds to serve members better.
Joanne Flinn, APSS Secretary on behalf of the APSS EXCO and IPP Kenneth Kwan.
