Good afternoon,

I am reaching out as we are looking for an Emcee for an upcoming hybrid event.

Please find more details below: 

• Client: Pharma company
• Event: Product launch
• Dates: 25-28 October 2022
• Format: Hybrid (Face to face in Bangkok and remote audience in Europe)
• Location: Bangkok. We would like an MC from the region if possible or located in Asia.
• Participants: 175 pax on-site and100 joining remotely
• Objectives of the event:
• Celebrate the success of the team members around the world
• Create opportunity for cross-collaboration
• Build excitement and moment for the launch
• Agenda: Panel discussion/videos/Keynote/External experts panel discussion/Meet the patients/Breakouts & Icebreakers/Poster sessions, etc.
• Language: English
• MC profile: We are looking for someone who has experience with product launch events. Pharma background/knowledge is a plus.
• MC mission:
• Introduce the program, the digital tools, and the speakers - setting the scene + housekeeping
• Energize the event through professional and timely transitions
• Facilitate discussions and Q&A sessions
• Ensure time-keeping and smooth running of discussion
• Wrap-up remarks, as needed
• Budget: around 3000/3500$ /day. From 24 Oct-28 Oct à 5 days
