🤝 Who Should Join?

Mentors:

Experienced speakers ready to give back, offer guidance, and shape the next generation. Only Certified Speaking Professionals (CSPs) & Professional Members (PMs) can be mentors. Aspiring Associate Members may apply to qualify as mentor, subject to approval.

Mentees:

Anyone seeking clarity, confidence, accountability, and growth—from aspiring speakers to seasoned professionals looking to level up.

🎯 Amplify Growth Precision Matching

Our innovative AI-powered matching system pairs mentors and mentees using the APSS Amplify Growth Framework across the 8 seasons (Clarity, Story, Expertise, Build, Visibility, Connection, Expansion & Regeneration)

 To ensuring highly personalised and meaningful matches across three proficiency levels:

• Foundation – Build core speaking skills
• Development – Refine techniques, delivery, and presence
• Expertise – Master advanced capabilities as a professional speaker

Mentors coach participants who are one level below, ensuring aligned expectations and powerful learning journeys for all.

Cycle 2:

1 July – 30 November 2026
