Purpose: Build strong personal foundations before leading others.

Very often, people aspire to lead a team but are not yet able to effectively lead themselves first. As such, we would like to engage a coach, trainer, or subject matter expert to guide our participants on this topic and help them learn the key principles and practices of effective self-leadership. This is also an important part of the development journey of a corporate athlete — building the discipline, resilience, self-awareness, and mindset needed to perform sustainably at a high level while leading oneself and others effectively.

Background / Profile: A diverse cross-functional leadership cohort comprising sales, operations, product, sales intelligence, strategy, publishing, and IT professionals—many already in managerial or team leadership roles—representing high-potential talent across commercial, operational, and strategic business functions.
