Hey , I hope you're having a good day so far!
Here's what you might have missed this week.
We're having tons of fun in the Discord Community server, so if you didn't join yet, you're missing out!
Besides, me and the Management Team are building our own blogs, check out our most recent articles:
- Gentle introduction to Computer Vision by me
- How passion changes people by our Max
- How to learn a programming language from scratch by our Ashik
And we're also on Instagram, here's most recent post: Some technical terms in Deep Learning
Here's a collection of the best papers I shared this week in our Discord server (clearly I might be biased)
- Chinese researchers reveal DarkLighter, a neural light enhancer to track objects in the dark
- CMU and MIT are sketching a GAN with a pencil
Here's a special one, it wasn't introduced in the landing page or on Discord. I will bring here recent news I'll find interesting for you to keep yourself updated!

Is DeepMind's new reinforcement learning system a step toward general AI?
The new system, according to DeepMind’s AI researchers, is an “important step toward creating more general agents with the flexibility to adapt rapidly within constantly changing environments.”
The contributions that AI can import to the healthcare industry are working in groundbreaking ways, allowing people worldwide to receive safer and more efficient care and making it easier to detect, prevent, and cure diseases.
Drug discoveries are another field where AI is acerbating.
This is the last section of the newsletter where I'm just sharing what's popping around my mind, it can be on anything.
I don't know where are you, but in Italy and in a lot of other countries there have been reports and reports of very big fires. Plants are suffering, animals too, it's fairly clear where to point our finger - the climate change and human actions.
We're exploiting this earth since the moment we arrived.
Artificial Intelligence is amazing and everything, but I hope a big amount of resources will be spent into the usage of AI tools to fight these problems, and into more green solutions, that's for every tech and non-tech field on Earth. I'm curious, how would AI help in your opinion?
