Thanks to you, this kitty is now healing

Hi there ,
We wanted to share a happy update from your support of our Medical Fund during Give to the Max and Giving Tuesday and beyond.
We recently shared the story of a sweet cat who was found in a dumpster at Buffalo Wild Wings in Monticello with a severely infected tail that had been degloved.
I will spare you the details as to what a degloving entails and skip to the happy story that...
Thanks to your support of our Medical Fund, we were able to respond quickly, get his tail amputated, and get him the medications he needed to heal!
He is now in a foster home, healing from his surgery and his life on the streets.
We chose to name him Pat.
Why? We received several donations in honor of Patricia M. Shemick, a fellow friend of the animals who recently passed away.
The donations made in her memory helped cover the costs of his little cat's surgery, and we decided to honor her memory ourselves by naming this little guy after her.
We hope Pat will be adopted soon and allow for Patricia's legacy to continue on.
Thank you for your support of our life-saving work, it means the world.
With gratitude,
The Arrow's Heart Rescue Team 🐾
