Though we endeavor to keep production costs down, we are not immune to the effects of inflation. We just had our third increase in shipping costs this year alone. The supply chain costs of getting the materials to make the are the most affected.

Because of cost increases in production, fulfillment, and shipping, we have to increase the cost of presentation folders to keep up with our costs.

As of September 1st, 2024, all packages of 100 folders will increase in price $20. The flat-rate shipping will not increase at this time.

A note about our friends at All Things Real Estate.

As you may have heard, the All Things Real Estate Store, after almost a decade in business, is closing. We have partnered with Tracey and carried ATRE products for more than 5 years and we are saddened by the loss to the real estate industry.

We have purchased their remaining presentation folders to help them clear out their warehouse and those will be on ARedStore in a week or two.
