Round Robin Improvements 🎯

For Agency Plan customers, we launched big improvements to the round robin team booking type.

Here are the key changes:

• Round robin host priorities - Set priority levels for team members
• Guest host consistency - When guests book alongside a main attendee, they get assigned to the same host as the main booking
• Fixed rescheduling issues - Team hosts are properly maintained when rescheduling appointments
• Resolved booking errors - Fixed multiple host errors preventing bookings

To use these new round robin features, create or modify a round robin booking type for your team.

International Date Format 🌎

TidyCal now properly supports international date formats.

More specifically, users worldwide can now view and book appointments in their local date format (e.g., DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY).

This change will automatically show on your booking types and pages based on your locale. You don't need to change any setting.

Enhanced Team Member Roles & Permissions 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

Better team management with proper role-based access is now live for Agency Plan customers.

This includes a few highly-requested improvements:

• Team member roles - Proper permission levels for different team members
• Fixed 403 "forbidden" errors - Team members can now properly view team booking types
• Agency improvements - Enhanced "coach" marks and onboarding tips

To update your team member roles, go to your Teams page and change any roles you want.

• Fix date poll location options - Resolved dropdown display issues for location selection in date polls
• Fix SMS reminders not sending properly - Updated SMS notification functionality for appointment reminders for Agency Plan customers
• Fix theme dropdown arrow not showing - Resolved missing dropdown indicator icons in booking page themes
• Remove customer ability to add licenses - Disabled self-service license setting to prevent billing issues
• Fix booking limits causing rescheduling errors - Resolved conflicts when rescheduling appointments with booking limits enabled
• Send email notification when account email is changed - Added security notification to users when their email is updated
• Fix package booking price display - Corrected pricing information shown in booking confirmation details
• Fix API boolean value handling - Resolved data type errors in team booking API calls
• New "include_teams" option for API and Zapier for Agency Plan customers - Enhanced API functionality to include team data in responses
• Enhanced translation coverage - Added Slovak, Swedish, and Polish language support with improved translations
