Dear Friends,

I recently had a powerful conversation with one of my own teachers that left me deeply inspired—and reminded me why I do what I do.

She said something I’ll never forget:

"As your teacher, it is my duty to give you 100%. And for you to be better than me. This is a legacy."

No ego. No holding back. Just presence, commitment, and generosity.

Because that is what a real teacher does.

It also brought to mind a contrast I’ve seen far too often—teachers who operate from fear, scarcity, or insecurity. Who withhold knowledge instead of sharing it freely.

But this work—this calling—is not about gatekeeping. It’s about uplifting.

At Apex Retreat Seminars, I believe in showing up for my students fully: before class, during class, and after class. I believe in giving you everything I know, so you can grow into your own mastery—and yes, even surpass it.

Because this is more than a job. This is a special exchange.

We learn from each other. We grow together.

We set the standard. And we have fun doing it.

As an educator, my goal is to leave you empowered—with clarity, confidence, and joy in your practice. To be a teacher who inspires excellence, not competition.
