Monday Message
Good Morning ANP,
My message for ANP this morning is very simple. Be consistent. I went into a Burger King one day because I craved a quick hamburger. I remember Burger King boasted grilled burgers and that was exactly what I wanted. I went inside to order, and the worker there said they were out of hamburgers!
I could not believe my ears. I said," How can you be out of hamburgers; you are the Burger King!"
They talked me into a $12.00 chicken sandwich. I can say so much about this subject, because I was very disappointed that day. I have not been back to Burger King since. You may think this is a little silly perhaps. Let me make my point.
If you called A+ Health Insurance and asked for a new policy for your family, and Larry told you they are fresh out of insurance today, but we would be happy to help you buy Bit Coin. That is not what you are looking for at all. You would not go back, much less refer business to him. Lucky, that is not the case because Larry is very consistent.
Be clear about the services and products you offer. Be consistent! Don't be like Burger King, be like Larry!
A little levity and a positive outlook, along with consistency is a winning formula!
