Good morning and Happy Monday!
Does anyone else have Olympic fever? Watching the opening ceremonies and all of the athletes from around the world has simply been inspiring. When I think about it, networking is a lot like a sport. I want you to ask yourself: are you are doing everything you can to win a medal, or are you simply a participant? Putting in the work with your attendance to meetings and events, having 1:1's and referring your fellow networkers, is a sure way to get yourself on the podium.
Our Speaker this week is: Chris Shipp with Alpha Omega Safety. Fire extinguisher inspection and pest control are his specialties.

Wednesday, August 28th - Important ANP meeting. We will be voting on some new Bylaws. Please do not invite guests and come to vote on some important proposals.
Thursday, September 26th - Fun Networking Event 5:30pm-9:30pm. Mark your calendars now! You will not want to miss it. Details to be announced at our meeting this Wednesday. The hint is: "A Slice 2 Ways."
