We are thrilled that you are coming to see the show! Here is some information to help you plan your experience.

HEALTH & SAFETY

All ticket holders must provide PROOF OF EITHER of the following: 

• VACCINATION CARDS (Must be 2 weeks after final vax.) 
• TEST- NEGATIVE for COVID-19 (Must be taken within 72 hours prior to entry. Must have name, date attached to test.) 

GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID will be required with above. 

Please refer to CDPH guidance here for acceptable methods of vaccine verification and here for acceptable methods for proof of negative test result. Please note: no at-home test will be accepted.

All California residents may request a digital vaccination record at MyVaccineRecord.cdph.ca.gov

ENTRY

The main entrance is located at: 2200 E Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806.

Printed or mobile tickets will be accepted.

BAG POLICY

To provide a safer environment for the public and in order to expedite entry into the City National Grove of Anaheim, we have implemented a Clear Bag Policy.  This limits the size & type of bags that may be brought into the venue. 

Without exception, *ALL BAGS will be screened prior to event entry including Medically Necessary and Diaper Bags.

Only Medically Necessary and Diaper Bags are exempt from the clear bag policy and allowed in the venue. ALL other bags must be clear.

ALL BAGS that do not meet the Clear Bag Policy specifications, must be returned to your vehicle or discarded. 

CASHLESS

In order to promote a more contactless experience, we are now a cashless venue. Please plan accordingly.

ADA

ADA tickets are available at each show's point of sale page at Ticketmaster.

Assisted Listening Devices are available, please go to the Box Office to request one.

CONCESSIONS

Food, beverages (beer, wine, cocktails, hard seltzer, soda, water), and artist merch will be available on-site.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Outside food & beverage (exception for 1 sealed water bottle per guest, 20 oz. or less)
• Bags that are not CLEAR (exception for medically necessary and diaper bags
• Laser pointers
• Noisemakers
• Wagons or strollers
• Weapons
• Tripods or recording devices
• Professional cameras (DSLR, detachable lenses)
