What does an apple have to do with self care?

Hey,
I embarked on a journey to work on my own self-care in 2021. As a part of that commitment, I decided to post one self care tip a week in my social media streams. It was an intentional move to help keep me disciplined. And it's worked. Talking publicly about self care has ensured I'm invested more in the process.

Apples are not my favourite fruit but, simply adding one a day to my routine could potentially transform the way my body ages and it's so SIMPLE!
Let's stop thinking and spinning and complicating life. I'm so tired of feeling like everything must be analyzed in order to be valuable.
Let's just eat an apple,
