Happy Pride month!

Here is the newest iteration of the Pride flag. . .

I recently learned of it and appreciate the statement it makes about the intersectionality we must commit to understand and respect. It presents a “Centering Across the Movement” message as a reminder to those of us with privilege that we do not all start from the same advantage point. When the most marginalized in our species take center stage, we need to listen, take a step back, and lean in to understand. 

Thanks to those who have gone before and led this movement; I am listening first and supporting your continued work. I commit to get out there this month and show my personal support for the beauty of humanity. 

I believe, taking pride in diversity is a responsibility we all need to take seriously,
