Giving Tuesday: Consider Supporting AlzAuthors

As we near the end of National Alzheimer’s Month and National Caregivers Month, we want to say a huge thank you and humbly request your continued support.  

We are an all-volunteer organization, so every penny you give helps us reach a wider audience and light the way for others facing an Alzheimer’s or dementia diagnosis. 

Thanks to donors like you, this year we have:

• Added 32 new books and authors to our website. 
• Profiled two filmmakers: Susie Singer Carter and Frank Silverstein.
• Worked with Frank Silverstein to create our own AlzAuthors video, which goes live on Giving Tuesday.
• Had over 50,000 downloads of 80 episodes of Untangling Alzheimer’s and Dementia: An AlzAuthors Podcast.
• Placed 20 Custom Caregiver Collections in care homes, senior centers, nursing schools, adult day care centers, university programs and hospice centers.
• Offered 4 Virtual Events with AlzAuthor experts: 
• Keeping Romance Alive in Dementia 
• When Dad has Dementia 
• Dementia Care Around the World
• Dementia with Difficult People
• Collaborated with Hilarity for Charity in our Summer Book Series.
