Tami Anastasia Comes Full Circle With Dementia Caregiving
Jun 22, 2022 1:35 am
Dear AlzAuthor,
This newsletter is full of resources to not only learn more about Alzheimer's and dementia but to demonstrate some of the ways AlzAuthors connects with caregivers and others concerned with dementia. We recently participated in three live events, all recorded, and a podcast series. You can catch up on them using the links below. These programs demonstrate the value our authors bring to a dementia conference or event. Please consider including them for your next speaking engagement, podcast, blog post, and more. Email alzauthors@gmail.com for referrals. Thanks for following us.

Introducing our newest author, Tami Anastasia
Tami Anastasia, MA is a dementia consultant, educator, and speaker. She first encountered dementia when her grandmother was diagnosed with "senility" more than 40 years ago. She later became a dementia consultant and realized Grammy wasn't senile; she most likely had Alzheimer's disease.
She writes:
I wish I knew then what I know now so that I could have supported my dad.
