Dear Friends of AlzAuthors,

After taking a bit of a break, we have come back feeling energized and ready to bring you more quality books, resources, and even a few surprises in the near future!

This has been quite an exciting summer. Our Custom Caregiver Collections have now been placed in 8 different states! My husband and I carefully craft solid wood bookshelves with AlzAuthors branding to display custom collections of books, supporting our goal of bringing real books to real people in real places.

This week we feature an inspirational memoir by Mark Resnick, Ten Days With Dad, written about his father and their journey through Alzheimer’s during the dark days of Covid-19.

Mark writes:

The book isn’t just for those caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s, especially those trying to parent one’s own children at the same time. If you fit into this category, you will understand the struggles I went through emotionally and physically. After chronicling our stories—Dad’s and mine—including the awful nature of a person’s slow decline (and throw in a global pandemic, too) —I share with my readers how I found purpose, passion, and peace during this time.
