Hi,
RM51,000 from a 15-minute pitch.
That's what happened in Kingsley's room in Malaysia. 18 out of 66 people (27%) bought an RM3,060 offer (USD 750) - and by the next day, with late sign-ups, the final total hit RM55,080 from ONE room.
WHAT HAPPENED:
We RAISED the offer price from RM2,247 to RM3,060
Yet conversions went UP from 18% to 27%
18 out of 66 people bought the RM3,060 offer
And the pitch itself was only 15 MINUTES
For context: the average one-to-many close across the industry is 5-10%.
In this coaching session, I break down the game tape of exactly what happened - then we do live hot seats to help Kingsley and Nesalata build their next pitches.

YOU'LL LEARN:
The Front-of-Room Strategy - get the whole audience rushing to the front when you make your offer
The Buyer Frenzy Formula - create so much excitement people start buying together
The Buying Temperature Secret - raise desire to buy BEFORE you pitch
The Urgency & Scarcity Trigger - real reasons to decide NOW, no fake scarcity
The Second-Wave Closing Strategy - close more sales from people who didn't buy the first time
The 15-Minute One-to-Many Sales System - turn ONE presentation into MULTIPLE high-ticket customers
Instead of one-to-one sales calls all day, sell to 10, 30, 50 or 100 people at once.
One room. One pitch. Multiple buyers.
KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM THE SESSION:
The pitch is short - the close window is where the money is. The full close, including floor time, ran 42 minutes.
Progressive compliance: hand raise > stand up > move to the front. Small yeses make the big yes natural. Asking people to rush the stage straight away kills conversions.
Plan the room: we measured it the day before so everyone could come forward, with card machines and QR codes right at the front.
Brief your facilitators: usher people forward, block exits, hold QR clipboards, close the door. Their KPI is how many prospects they bring to the payment table - no wallflowers.
Protect the "money minutes": if a payment link breaks, switch payment method instantly. Trying to fix a Stripe link mid-close cost us 2-3 sales.
Restructure the event flow: give real hands-on value BEFORE the pitch, and pitch well before the end time (we moved to 9am-6pm) so people don't leave mid-close.
Prices only go up. Never drop a price after people have bought at a higher one.
On Zoom, the "front of the room" is clicking the checkout link or scanning the QR code. Same structure, digital actions.
Hot seats: Kingsley got a full two-day event plan with a high-ticket and a low-ticket close, and Nesalata got her offer restructured with a ready-to-use one-to-many pitch.
If you want to sell to a room instead of one person at a time, watch this one.
