In 2 Days — How to Get the Most from the Breathwork Class

Hi ,
The FREE 2-Day Breathwork Zoom Class begins in 2 days, and we wanted to gently share with you what to expect so you can get the most from it.
This is not a motivational talk.
It’s not about pushing, fixing, or forcing breakthroughs.
Over these two days, we’ll be working with the nervous system — the part of you that drives stress responses, health patterns, money behaviours, and how you relate to others.
A helpful note before we begin
• You don’t need to “do this right”
• Strong emotions are not required for this to work
• Calm, subtle shifts are just as valuable as big experiences
• Cameras are optional — you’re always in control
• The goal is safety and regulation, not intensity
Many people notice:
• Feeling calmer without trying
• More clarity and less mental noise
• A sense of safety they’re not used to
• Subtle but meaningful shifts after Day 1
