Alaric also highlighted the importance of understanding the company's offerings before booking an appointment and shared that Ref. 22 has an AI chatbot for assistance. He ended by emphasizing the effectiveness of using "free" in marketing copy to attract potential customers.
Improving Appointment Booking Rates With Strategies
Alaric shared how he improved the appointment booking rate by making simple yet effective adjustments. He discussed two strategies that were implemented: changing the content on the thank you page to encourage appointments and restructuring the page to prioritize the call to action. These modifications resulted in a six-fold increase in appointment bookings. Alaric also suggested embedding a calendar on the thank you page to eliminate potential distractions and booking obstacles, which led to a 66% increase in appointments. He hinted at a second adjustment without detailing it, promising to demonstrate it later.
Lead Generation Strategies and Pricing Update
Alaric discussed the company's successful lead generation efforts, highlighting the strategic pause of appointments during their time in Wuhan and the effective use of Facebook ads upon their return. He reported a 40% lead conversion rate, with some leads resulting in a 90% conversion rate due to a targeted 'thank you' page. Alaric also shared the company's competitive pricing in the Singapore market, where they were getting leads at $10 per lead and 20 to $30 per appointment. He revealed another successful funnel strategy used by a client involving the promotion of the Energy Wave product through a network marketing approach.

He noted that while the first method can lead to high-quality leads, the second and third methods can yield more appointments due to reminders and incentives. AI Chatbot Appointment Funnel Strategy
Alaric presented three funnels he created for a client, Jason, to improve appointment bookings for AI Chatbot services. Alaric led a discussion comparing the effectiveness of the different funnels and revealed that the most successful one, which had been guessed by none of the participants, had been the most effective in generating appointments at a cost of 9 ringgit and 94 cents (about $3). Alaric emphasized the benefits of implementing an appointment setting funnel for streamlined lead generation and improved conversion rates, particularly for selling high-value products. He elaborated on the three-step process of the funnel, which includes a custom-designed landing page with a calendar integration for easy booking, a confirmation page for appointment solidification, and automated email sequences for lead nurturing and follow-up. Alaric also offered to build custom appointment funnels for those interested, emphasizing that this service is free and would only require the identification of the type of business the funnel is for.
