The Question I Get Asked Often

Hello ,
The question I get asked often is whether I play the same instruments all the time.
The answer is more yes than no.
However, each session will sound different regardless, because the people attending are different. And you are part of the equation in determining how each session will unfold.
Everyone of us create our own unique field, and my role as a sound facilitator is to tune into the consciousness and energies of everyone in the room, feeling into what frequencies want to emerge and responding to the collective nervous system in real time.
The ONE reason why sound can feel so relaxing and healing is because our nervous system recognises it as working through the same pathway our prenatal world used for regulation.
Sound Healing = Pressure, Resonance, Rhythm.
Before we had to navigate life's complexity, we floated into this world held in the safety of our mother's womb through her vibration, pressure and rhythm.
In my years of practice, especially in one-on-one sessions, I've come to observe that not all of us will resonate with talk therapy; and not all of us will access healing through other people.
Particularly if our early experiences with caregivers felt chaotic and trust was broken young; our past programming became one where human = noise, rather than safety.
So what does our innate intelligence do?
It seeks coherence through other means where the signal feels cleaner.
Some find it in the wind through trees, others through breathwork, cold plunges, silent retreats or if you're reading this, I'd also suggest with sound.
This is why LIVE sound sessions can be so profound - they create a space for the original blueprint of safety our body remembers, before the world taught us otherwise.
